This page is in memory of my beautiful precious son Henry born too early because i had caught a
viral infection on the 1st June 2008. He weighed 1lb and was perfect in every way.

I went into premature labour on Friday 30th May 2008, Your daddy and I went to Hospital to be told i
probably have a bug and to go home and rest!! I knew there was something wrong but they picked up
your heartbeat and said everything seemed fine! On Saturday afternoon i lost the mucous plug so i
went back to hospital to be told i had an infection. I was given intravenous antibiotics and a drip.
I started dilating and they said they couldnt stop it because i was before 24 weeks. All this time
my darling Henry i could still feel you moving and kicking about in my tummy.After 40+hours of
labour, i started to push but by this time now you had gone to the angels my love. They rushed me to
theatre for a GA as they suspected scar rupture from my prev c sections.
I never got to hold you straightaway as i was so poorly as i had to have a 4 blood transfusions, i
feel so guilty about this my sweet! Nana held you though. Eventually i got to hold you and i never
wanted to let you go. Henry i love you soo much it hurts.We still have no answers as to why God took
you from us. Why is life so cruel. I will never see your first smile, hear your first words, see
you take your first steps. I come and visit your resting place everyday. I hope you like it there.
Wait for mummy my darling and one day i will join you in heaven and hold you in my arms for
eternity.

Thinking of you my little one ...
The first thing that I asked God
was just the reason why
when he took my precious little boy
beyond the stars in the sky
As we held your tiny body
Inside I started to doubt
was this God so really kind
as people were making out
But as my anger turned to sadness
when we held you in our arms
you were still our beautiful little boy
truly an angel with all its charms
It was then I started to wonder
as my eyes filled up to cry
was my angel needed somewhere else
and is that the reason why.
Not a day goes by when I dont' think of you, but then you already know that.

missing you my darling
Mummy is missing you and wondering what you would be like now. Adorable, i bet. I am missing you terribly my little prince. Are you watching over us. Please come to me in my dreams, i want to see you. Mummy loves you and will never for get you. It is nearly your 1st birthday and its gonna hurt. You should be here my sweetie in my arms. A Promise to baby Henry
I wanted to make a very special promise just for you Henry. I promise to watch over your mumy right now and help her get through your 1st birthday/anniversary in any way that she needs me at all. I will be watching over her for you Henry even when she doesnt realise. You can trust in my support for your mummy at such a difficult and emotional time for her. She has many friends and is surrounded by lots and lots of love and I know that we will all be surrounding her with the love that she has for everyone in her life!

You should be smiling, laughing, crawling by now. I cannot understand still why?? you have been taken away from me my angel. I feel so sad my sweet at the thought of you missing out on a life with me us your family. I love you and you will stay in my heart forever darling . love from your mummy xxxx
henry is lovely, what a special littlle boy just think him and my little ben are playing together now and watching over their mummy's. I understand how you are feeling the pain is unbearable i got to see ben smile twice i was lucky and when he had passed he was smiling so i knew he wasn't in pain anymore. its an image that stays with me forever. Take care henry and sweet dreams you will be with your mummy again one day but until the sleep tight xxxxxx
